Yes. We have created an expense module that as you track your expenses it tells you your cost of service and your cost of repairs. It also creates a Profit & Loss statement that is easy to understand and is vital to the financial success of your business.
Can I Print, Email & Text Invoices?
Yes. With Pool Invoice you can print, email or Text your invoices to your customers.
Can I accept Credit Cards?
Yes. We currently use Stripe for credit card processing, and will be adding others in the near future.
Can I set up Customers on AutoPay?
Yes. You can set up your customers on auto pay and choose the date you want the system to process payments. You also have the ability to set different dates for each customer.
Do customers have their own portal?
Yes. We have a customer portal where customers can log in and view, print, and make payments to their account.
